The CEG structure, with its highly skilled technicians who are responsible for maintenance within the industrial installations for all pre-commissioning, commissioning and repair interventions, provides the exclusive yet well-known formula known as "Global Service". Thanks to this service the client can feel even more protected against any unforeseen event and, upon signing the "Global Service" contract for each piece of machinery or equipment supplied by CEG, will have continuous service available.

Global Service

Our company guarantees the service of our technical personnel for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on all of our manufactured equipment with the exclusive GLOBAL SERVICE plan, where upon signing a regular contract, you receive our continuous availability within 24 hours on the entire Italian national territory (including the islands), and within 72 hours for European and non European countries.
We provide the assistance of our own technicians all over the world, using our internal technical staff for all pre-commissioning, commissioning and repair activities on all of our systems.
Our technicians also carry out professional training courses, exclusive for the specialized personnel responsible for the maintenance of the systems inside the industrial sites, allowing for the correct usage of our equipment.

Scheduled maintenance contracts

In order to make systems consistently reliable, safe and efficient, CEG Elettronica Industriale S.p.a. provides scheduled maintenance solutions that can be customised to the customer’s needs.
Depending on various factors, including the nature and critical status of the loads and the working environment where the system is located, constant and targeted maintenance is required in order to ensure the durability, reliability and safety of the systems and batteries.
All the work is carried out by CEG Elettronica Industriale employees who are qualified and trained in-house following years of experience and training courses.
Our engineers are therefore able to work not only on any systems but also on all types of batteries that are fundamentally important for every system to run smoothly.

Spare parts

CEG Elettronica Industriale S.p.a. can guarantee and manage in-house the full availability of spare parts for its systems.
Before delivery to the customer, all electronic spare parts are tested and calibrated according to the specifications of the original.

24/7 telephone support service

CEG Elettronica Industriale S.p.a. provides a telephone support service for its own customers to immediately identify and potentially resolve any faults. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This additional service offered by CEG Elettronica Industriale S.p.a. ensures that its customers always have support to provide a prompt and comprehensive response to all their queries.

Commissioning & Start-up

Commissioning and starting up new systems allow us to check that they have been installed properly and to verify their key parameters under real operating conditions.
The start-up of the system can also clarify which tasks need to be carried out on the system batteries provided.
Certain operational tests can also be replicated on the system during this phase, even if they have already been examined during the FAT in our test rooms.

Training

CEG Elettronica Industriale S.p.a. organises training sessions covering first theoretical and then practical training.
These courses can be organised at our facility, directly with the customer or at the plant where the systems are installed.
