CEG Group
History
CEG ELETTRONICA INDUSTRIALE was founded in 1965 as a manufacturer of low and medium voltage switchgear, initially on an artisan scale and then on an industrial level.
Its original company name was C.E.G. S.r.l (General Electro-mechanical Constructions), but this was later changed to its current name in May 2003 when it became a joint stock company.
In 1984, its first DC power station was installed, enabling CEG to become a supplier of rectifier battery chargers for industrial use and then to diversify its product range.
In 1992, CEG made another leap in quality, designing and implementing, in just two years, a new series of uninterruptible power supplies and inverters, thereby completing the technological renewal and standardisation of its conventional rectifier battery chargers.
In recent years, CEG has significantly increased its business volume, gaining an ever-growing market share abroad and consolidating its leading position in Italy.
Its growing presence on the market has allowed CEG to become the preferred supplier to some of the most important engineering and manufacturing companies in Italy and abroad in the energy sector.
Quality control
It has been running “QUALITY CONTROL” for a long time, guaranteeing its customers the highest operating standards and reliability for its equipment.
Exponential growth through diversification
Its exponential growth is a consequence of the wide diversity of the products it offers, products that are designed and built to a criterion of customization and supported by the prompt delivery of the relevant technical documentation as well as an after-sales support service, which is both timely and efficient, ready to intervene promptly anywhere in the world. Its growing presence in the market has allowed CEG Elettronica Industriale to qualify as the preferred supplier of the most important Italian and international Engineering and Manufacturing companies in the energy sector.

Production organisation and offices
CEG is now known and appreciated around the world by all major energy contractors, producers and transformers.
The relationships forged with major contractors have now been consolidated, but the continuous need for development for new projects means that CEG always has to be close to its international customers.
For some years now, CEG has therefore been developing various business offices in its areas of greatest interest around the world that can maintain relationships on several levels to offer the highest customer satisfaction.

The CEG GROUP was established
to complete the wide range of products available to international clients
The secret of CEG’s growth has been the belief in the internationalisation of the company.
Today, 80% of its turnover directly or indirectly comes from abroad.
By merging specialist companies in the electrical and electronic sector, the CEG GROUP was founded in November 2008 to increase interest among foreign customers, including major engineering companies and some of the most important general contractors in the world.
As the parent company and founding member of the CEG Group, CEG shares its experience, developed over the years on the national and international scene, with all the companies that are part of the group.
The companies that are part of the CEG Group work in synergy, with their shared commercial policies using the same sales mechanisms as the CEG parent company, i.e. through contracts acquired from general contractors or by receiving orders directly from end customers.
